Bobbi L. Rebisz has nearly 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a background and focus on practice management consulting, business development and marketing. As the Chief Growth Officer at CFG, Bobbi has the responsibility for driving the development strategy to increase advisor productivity by helping them build sustainable, viable and transferable practices built not only on performance, but also by implementing healthy behaviors to build value in the practice. She focuses on enhancing the skillsets of advisors and teams to help them put the right operational and business structure in place.
Her coaching in key areas of practice management include developing vision and goals, identifying growth opportunities, the importance of roles and responsibilities, the value of segmentation and the client experience, as well as financial management. She is committed to the continued development of best practices in order to ensure teams have growth today and maximum value for their practice moving forward.
Prior to joining CFG, Bobbi was the Director of Advisor Teaming at MassMutual. Her additional experience includes work as the Director of Business Development for a Marketing firm in the New York area that specialized in building and maintaining relational databases from which integrated marketing programs were developed. Bobbi has spoken on Succession Planning and Continuity at MDRT as well as on marketing strategies at NAIFA Westchester. She received her CLF® from the American College and remains committed to on-going education in Leadership. Bobbi is also a certified Kolbe Consultant and a certified DISC Specialist. Bobbi served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Westchester for over 10 years. She is a resident of Westchester County, NY.
