Chief Innovation Officer

Andrew is responsible for steering innovation at Commonwealth Financial Group (CFG). He is responsible for defining and fostering a culture of innovative, strategic thinking across every facet of the firm. He oversees a variety of areas of the firm, including: marketing, business intelligence, outside business ventures, and strategy. Andrew coordinates visionary clarity, precise strategic execution, and the seamless integration of innovation, bridging cutting-edge technology systems with user-centric design principles.

Andrew has been deeply involved in MassChallenge, a startup accelerator, since 2018. His involvement includes that of a judge helping to determine which startups get selected for the accelerator and also providing mentorship to these companies. Andrew also sits on the Capital and Angel Investing Committee at Mass Fintech Hub, a public-private organization aimed at making Massachusetts the world’s leading fintech hub.

Additionally, Andrew serves as the Managing Director of Bigger Futures, a coaching and development platform that redefines growth by transforming mindset. Here, he collaborates with business owners, leaders, and professionals who are looking to foster personal, professional, and organizational development.

Outside of work, Andrew is an enthusiastic traveler, cook, and art appreciator. He finds solace in outdoor adventures, particularly skiing.
