Through the years, we have created a variety of initiatives to support our advisors in giving back to their communities along with our firm initiatives.
MassMutual Community Service Awards
The program recognizes the volunteer efforts of advisors who have demonstrated an outstanding level of commitment to creating a positive impact. Each year, $275,000 in charitable donations have been awarded to nonprofit organizations on behalf of advisors.
Gift Matching
We partner with our advisors and staff through a donation matching program, which allows us to more deeply support the communities we live in.
Volunteer Time Off
To encourage and support staff in their volunteer efforts, our policy allows staff to take one day off a quarter to volunteer with a charity of their choice.
CFG Cares
Our internal committee spearheads philanthropic opportunities on behalf of the firm and assists with charitable event sponsorships.
In-House Charities
Our Executive Chairman and CEO have established significant charitable organizations and events that are dedicated to serving individuals and families with special needs. Both organizations offer unique opportunities throughout the year for advisors and staff to get involved.
