Brittany LeClair is a Vermont native who grew up in South Burlington and earned her degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Champlain College. She spent nearly a decade working in Vermont's school systems as both an educator and leader, eventually overseeing multiple childcare centers throughout the state. Throughout her career in education, Brittany developed a passion for helping people build confidence through knowledge, guidance, and support.
Recognizing that many individuals experience uncertainty and stress around their finances, Brittany transitioned into financial planning to make an impact in a new way. Today, she helps individuals, families, and business owners work toward greater financial clarity and confidence.
Brittany believes financial planning should be approachable, empowering, and personalized. She works with clients to understand and organize key aspects of their financial picture, including cash flow and budgeting, savings strategies, retirement planning, tax diversification, risk management, and long-term wealth accumulation. By combining education with comprehensive planning, she helps clients connect where they are today with where they ultimately want to be in the future.
Known for her empathetic and educational approach, Brittany is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions with great confidence. She believes financial planning is about more than numbers. It is about creating the freedom and opportunities to live a life aligned with one's values and goals.
Brittany resides in South Burlington with her partner and their two dogs. They are excitedly preparing to welcome their first child, a daughter, in November 2026.
Outside of work, Brittany embraces Vermont's outdoor lifestyle and finds peace and perspective in nature. Whether she is spending time by the water, golfing, running, playing pickleball, or enjoying time with family and friends, she values opportunities to stay active, connected, and engaged in the community she loves to call home.
