CFG Takes The Stage at Finseca's 2023 Leaders and Managers Program
CFG recently attended Finseca’s 2023 Leaders and Managers Program (LAMP), a premier leadership event for the financial security profession. During the three-day program, we had the opportunity to learn about new trends, share important insights, and network with industry professionals at the top of their game.
We are thrilled that CFG and its leaders had the opportunity to present and take home multiple awards during the event:
Dakota Brizendine, Managing Director at CFG, had the privilege of speaking at the event. Her presentation, titled "The Art of Recruiting and Retaining the Modern Advisor," was a hit among attendees and drew a large audience. Dakota shared her personal expertise and advice on how to marry a systematic practice-building model with a culture that promotes courage, collaboration, and fun to retain high-quality candidates.
Our Managing Director, Sam Philbrook, was admitted into the Finseca Futures Program. This program is designed to provide access to networks and training that leaders need to thrive in the early years of their profession. The Finseca Futures Program will help enhance Sam’s exceptional passion, talent, and experience in the financial services profession and his outstanding contributions as a mentor to others.
Lastly, CFG was recognized with the Master Agency Award* for its active involvement with Finseca and its contributions to the financial security profession. This award recognizes CFG's commitment to and support of Finseca’s efforts to cultivate the financial security profession’s leaders and shape its future trajectory. The Master Agency Award reinforces CFG's commitment to excellence and its goal of being a leader in the industry.
