Highlights From Finseca's 2024 Leaders and Managers Program

Our team was excited to attend another year of Finseca’s Leaders and Managers Program (LAMP), an opportunity for us to connect with industry peers and showcase the exceptional leadership and distinctive culture we've fostered at CFG. This premier three-day event drew over 1,300 attendees dedicated to advancing the financial services sector.

It was a privilege for CFG and its leaders to play an active role at the event, marked by significant recognition:

  • Our Executive Chairman, Rick St. Jean, shared the main stage with Paul Blanco, Founder & CEO of Barnum Financial Group, engaging in a dynamic dialogue about strategic growth in the profession.

  • Rick St. Jean was honored with the James H. Kreuger First in Class Award*, celebrating his exceptional leadership in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals, and steering CFG towards unprecedented growth.

  • Dakota Brizendine, Head of New Org, and Sam Philbrook, Managing Director, were both recipients of the Frontline Leader Award, acknowledging their pivotal roles in driving advisor growth and mentoring financial professionals at CFG.

  • We were delighted to accept the Master Agency Award* in recognition of CFG's active engagement with Finseca and our contributions to the profession. As we continue to innovate in financial planning, we eagerly anticipate shaping the future of our industry.

  • Additionally, CFG was named one of four finalists for the Community Impact Leadership Award, underscoring our measurable contributions to our communities. We take great pride in our dedication to building robust support networks and making a tangible difference, and we are grateful for the acknowledgment of our efforts.

The Frontline Leader Award was issued by Finseca on March 19, 2024 based on the prior calendar year. Must be a sales manager and a current Finseca member to be considered. Must be agency head and a current Finseca member to be considered. To be selected, must meet production requirements for prior calendar year.
